And so it begins....my quest to make my reflection in the mirror match the picture in my head. If you were to walk by me on the street today, you would never guess that inside my head I already see myself as a fit, healthy athlete. Unfortunately, the mirror currently disagrees on a rather large scale. So with the debut of the latest season of The Biggest Loser exactly one week away and the voice of a former trainer ringing in my ears saying "There are no shortcuts!!!"..... I am launching my own quest to be a Successful Loser.
